The staff members are pleasant, though the ownership situation seems different. Perhaps it's a minor point, but when the only option available is powdered creamer—suggesting such frugality that you skip even the small, non-refrigerated single-serve containers—it indicates an issue. It speaks volumes. The pilot lounge itself is quite adequate.

We purchased 60,000 lbs of fuel, and they mentioned they could not offer any refreshments for the flight crew. "If we had known you were arriving, we could have arranged something," yet we contacted them three hours prior, so they certainly were aware of our arrival.

The service was terribly inefficient and slow. They refused to take a fuel order the evening prior to departure, and it took more than an hour to complete fueling in the morning, which significantly delayed our takeoff. It appears they realize that few pilots choose to utilize this location.
