Woody and the crew at West Houston are fantastic. They ensure the airport is a welcoming environment for all visitors. This is definitely my preferred airport when operating on the west side of Houston.

When flying to Houston this is my airport and my crew! Excellent staff, superb services, and the finest hot chocolate and snacks. Putting green and grand piano in the lobby that I always play and sing on when I arrive. Blessings and Ispeaklife!

Stopped over for one night. I asked the front desk staff to only top off the main tanks. I specifically requested that the tip tanks not be filled because my subsequent flight has a higher weight restriction and I cannot accommodate the extra fuel load. The agent insisted that a top-off must include the tips, and for some reason, she was quite adamant about filling them. I reiterated that I did not want those filled. The following day, I discovered they had filled both tips. Now I have to drain them before my next leg. Otherwise, the staff were quite friendly.
