Landed here with an alternator issue. FBO staff were excellent. They provided a crew car for the evening and suggested some good hotels. The maintenance shop was superb. They paused their current work, diagnosed the issue, and arranged for parts delivery the following morning. I was airborne by noon. Should I ever need to fly this route again, I will certainly be stopping here.

Flew in today to collect an item. Ron was waiting at the fuel pump to assist. Very gracious, offering water and a crew car. Regrettably, I couldn't remain, but I plan to return soon.

Excellent and friendly staff, as always. Self-serve fuel functioned fine, though the digital readout was somewhat difficult to see. The FBO is now located within VAS Operations, situated at the northern end of the hangar rows. The fuel station is positioned at the southern end of the hangar row. I was advised that they prefer smaller GA aircraft to park closer to the fuel station.

Flew into KIUA for lunch today. Tom was super friendly and accommodating. The staff there is always amazing. Highly recommend this spot.

We landed at KIUA last week and were treated like royalty despite being in a lowly PA32. We caught them while in a move to the red building away from what you may think is the FBO location. (It isn't the obvious building which is a flight school) They apologized repeatedly for the location confusion and did everything they could to make our stay in Canandaigua go smoothly. Unfortunately there is no hangar space available. TRW's were forecast and I wished to put our plane inside. Not a major issue.
