The lowest fuel prices in the Orlando area! The facility has been remodeled inside, featuring a great pilots' lounge upstairs and delicious snacks. Whether I am flying in my personal C172 or for work in the Citation jet, we always receive exceptional treatment.

The FBO remodel looks fresh and modern. They offer snacks and have a manned rental car counter available. Parking for a Baron was forty dollars per night, and fuel was reasonably priced at ten cents off per gallon. The line staff were prompt in parking the aircraft and offering fueling services. Upon departure, they provided a cart ride to the aircraft and assisted with carrying my luggage and golf clubs. The overnight parking fee was waived with the purchase of ten gallons of fuel.

Pleasant FBO experience. We stayed one night with our SR22. The overnight and facility charges were waived because we purchased fuel. It is a short Uber ride to Disney World. It was a very enjoyable trip with the family.

We flew in for an overnight stay. Top to bottom it was a fantastic experience. Line crew incredibly helpful, genuinely enjoyable, and professional. The young ladies at the front desk were just as outstanding: attentive, courteous, and considerate. Our turn was seamless, with no surprises (facility fee waived with fuel purchase). Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Velocity FBO KISM is clearly a well-run operation, and absolutely one we will go out of our way to return to again. Highly recommended.

Emailed and called in for quick turn fuel. Had to wait on the fuel truck line; our request was not acknowledged or was disregarded. Asked for assistance with luggage, but we ended up handling it ourselves. This saved us the $50 tip! Fuel was $0.11 less than Signature when using the fuel card. Overall, not impressed.
