They do not accept the AV Card at the self-service fuel pump. Therefore, if you anticipate arriving later than 11:00 PST, ensure you have your personal credit card ready. The callout fee charged was $100.

A pleasant airport and FBO experience overall. Some of the personnel were quite helpful and eager to assist, although others seemed less inclined, treating us more like an obligation than valued customers.

Flew out at night. The restrooms are accessible 24 hours a day, located on the north side of the FBO. They were recently updated and are quite spotless. Fueling services are situated on the south side of the FBO structure, and the pump operates smoothly. The pedestrian gate is also on the south side, near the fuel dispensers. 1975 M20F

The service from the desk worker was extremely rude. We obtained fuel and then attempted to secure a crew car because we were stranded while maintenance worked on an aircraft. We were told, "When you fly a LearJet here, then I will provide you with a crew car," and subsequently informed, "We do not issue crew cars to student pilots," directed at two flight instructors. If your flight operations do not involve a LearJet, you might consider taking your business elsewhere.

The staff here were wonderful to us. We staged operations from this location for a week. It is a no-frills FBO, but the fuel prices are competitive, the restrooms are clean, and the service is friendly. Thanks to the line crew and Vivian.
