I required a PSAT inspection for my aircraft. David at Luchene Aviation was able to accommodate me on short notice and performed quality work. He also towed my airplane to the fuel pump so I avoided taxiing. However, when we reached the pump, the self-serve unit was inoperable. David contacted Ross at the FBO, and he promptly arrived with the fuel truck to complete my fueling. He billed me at the standard self-serve price. Excellent people to deal with!

We recently had to divert into KIDI because of the weather. This occurred on a weekend when the FBO was shut down. Luckily, someone reached out to the FBO manager who arrived within half an hour and assisted us in getting fuel, ensuring we had a crew car and lodging for the night. There was a $100 call-out charge, but it was certainly worth the expense. The FBO is closed on weekends, but Jet A fuel can be arranged with advance notice. Only AVGAS is available for self-service. There is also a nice little cafe located in the main terminal alongside the FBO.

A very pleasant airport experience. The card reader and fuel pump functioned perfectly. Remember to bring a headlamp or flashlight when fueling after dark, as the area isn't brightly illuminated, which I actually consider a benefit for preserving night vision.

Excellent experience at KIDI. Airport manager Rick truly takes pride in his work. After prior coordination, they remained open late on a Friday evening to provide fuel. A very well-maintained facility.
