I was coordinating a refuel point for a medevac mission where I needed a fire truck while refueling. Signature at KICT was the only FBO the night before that promised me a fire truck upon landing. As soon as I landed, a fire truck followed my aircraft to the ramp. Refueling was swift, and the line personnel were quite efficient.

We had an overnight planned, but knew storms were forecast during the night. I emailed Signature (Kathrine), who responded almost immediately. Instead of the response so typical these days of "make the trip and we'll see if space is available when you arrive," she explained that they would save me space. The line personnel were friendly, smiling, and helped us with a luggage cart. Overall, these staff members were fantastic. I have definitely found my new FBO @ ICT! Thank you Signature! Baron

The preferred FBO at KICT. Service was prompt and professional. I had an issue with my aircraft, a C185, and the maintenance team handled it quickly. They even helped coordinate ground transportation for me and my passenger, Sarah. The line crew was efficient in fueling and parking. I noticed another aircraft, a SR22, being towed nearby, and they managed that smoothly too. I will certainly return here for future stops.
