This was an absolutely dreadful experience. Truly the worst FBO encounter I have ever had.

The parking fees are actually significantly higher than what is listed here.

Appreciation to this FBO for supporting Pilots N Paws pet rescue flights. They waived all associated fees for the pilot. Thanks Raul.

I had an excellent experience. Outstanding customer service. Raul and Luis go to great lengths to make pilots happy and comfortable. The facilities are not fancy, but highly functional. The lounge and water were ice cold, and they had a (no-cost) private conference room with WiFi fast enough for videoconferences when weather changed my plans. You should know they charge a flat $75 for five days. This was well worth it for me because I needed an extra day anyway, but day trippers might object.

Fantastic experience with North Central! I have not always been a huge fan of this airport, but it served its purpose for a recent journey. Thanks to Michael’s hospitality over the phone and upon arrival, and learning about the Sheridan/Shoreline Departure (it is definitely worth researching if you do not know it!), I now have a fresh view of the facility. The FBO is charming, yet it met all our requirements perfectly. I anticipate seeing them develop further. I will surely consider North Central for future trips to this region!

Excellent service provided. Since they are lightly staffed, there might be some searching or locked doors encountered. They are constructing a solid FBO, and I anticipate service quality will keep improving. I plan to utilize their services again.
