I would strongly recommend this location! All the personnel were very pleasant and supportive. We stopped twice in one day for fuel because they were so accommodating. The line service crew treated us in our small aircraft as if we were parking a jet! Overall, it is an excellent place to stop, offering many areas inside to relax and take a short rest.

Stopped at Robinson when dropping off 4 puppies on a Pilot-n-Paws flight. Barb W. was extremely helpful, carrying one in, offering water for them, and walking outside with them when the rescue came to pick them up. The FBO is nice too. A good place to stop with excellent customer service.

Flew in for a quick trip to Yale. Outstanding and friendly staff. Beautiful crew cars available for three hours. We will certainly return.

The hospitality at this FBO was outstanding. The facilities proved very accommodating for both passengers and pilots. Two BMW crew cars and one SUV were available for use up to three hours. The crew cars were included in the $30 tie-down fee, which was waived upon purchasing fifteen gallons of AVGAS.

Flew in multiple times this autumn in my 172. Ramp fee waived with fuel purchase. Very professional, kind personnel. Clean and modern facilities. Two BMW crew cars.

Flew in to HVN in my C-152, greeted by very friendly staff. There was no wait for fuel, and they provided a complimentary crew car so I could grab some pizza in New Haven. A truly excellent experience at this FBO.
