Quite the experience flying into this airport. Crew car was available, requiring about a 20-minute drive to the nearest town offering several options for a good lunch. (There is also a spa available if interested). The personnel were quite relaxed; the FBO facility seemed a bit quiet since a new one is currently under construction, slated for opening in April 2026.

Excellent personnel who genuinely wish to share the history of this region and the airport. The crew car was undergoing maintenance, so I look forward to returning soon to explore the vicinity.
