Disappointing experience overall. They charged the credit card we had on file from a previous fuel purchase for a GPU start, even though we were explicitly told there would be no such charge. We will not be returning. Furthermore, we were initially informed there would be no landing fee for April 6th. After we finalized all arrangements, including securing transportation and lodging, they contacted us again to state an event fee would be applied. Quite unfortunate.

We initially faced some challenges accessing KAGS, prompting us to divert to KHQU. To our pleasant surprise, our experience here exceeded our expectations. Eli and Sonya at the front desk were exceptional. They were not only understanding but also went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. Their friendly personalities made us feel truly welcomed. We wholeheartedly give them five stars and highly recommend this location-

This FBO definitely needs an updated comment. Very friendly and clean facility. Was instantly greeted at the desk; I didn't have a hard time finding a parking spot for the aircraft. The courtesy cars are brand new Ford Maverick trucks (very clean). I had a short conversation with the desk attendant and was recommended some good local options for dining. I will certainly be returning!
