I was also at Million Air when "all hell broke loose" following the snowstorm. Indeed, it was chaotic and frustrating, but I must commend the staff; they never lost their composure (a shoutout to Paola and Brizae). They remained courteous and supportive despite immense pressure. My trip wasn't successful as we ultimately abandoned hope of departing and chose to delay our flight until the following day, but ultimately, I was satisfied with the overall experience and would return.

The facility at KHPN was shockingly shoddy for such an upscale airport. The seating, including chairs and couches, was completely worn out and ripped, resembling something from a fraternity common room. No beverages were offered aside from the coffee machine. Furthermore, the soda machine located upstairs in the flight school was non-operational, and the line personnel seemed understaffed. Despite calling ahead for a quick turn, we experienced a significant delay waiting for fuel. The ramp surface was dangerously icy. Overall, it was a rather dreadful experience.

Avoid this place if possible, even with inexpensive fuel. We arrived without incident, but once the snow started, everything descended into chaos. They refused to tow our aircraft out for de-icing because there was a queue. We waited three hours, observing a G600 remaining in the de-icing bay with no passengers visible, while we were prepared for departure. Nobody could get de-iced, and movement was impossible. The operation was incredibly slow and disorganized, lacking any clear strategy. I suspect operations are fine during the summer months, but steer clear in winter.

I have had good luck here previously, but the last couple of visits were quite poor. Fueling was extremely slow, and the customer service at the counter was awful. The facility itself is excellent; I just wish they would improve their service standards. We typically use this FBO due to their CAA pricing structure, but it seems like we need to find an alternative location.....
