Flew in yesterday in our Baron because of an appointment I had in town. Wish we could have stayed longer! A lineman was outside meeting us and proved very helpful. They permitted use of the crew car, and the $10 ramp fee was waived after purchasing just 10 gallons of fuel. I am definitely looking forward to returning. Do not hesitate to stop by and visit this team!

The P210 flew in with a very scenic approach. The displaced threshold on runway 31, which was not marked on the airport diagram, was unexpected, particularly given the short runway length. The ground service was excellent, and the Enterprise rental car was waiting as arranged. I highly recommend this location and plan to return.

Excellent FBO and personnel. AVOID HERTZ CAR RENTAL. Truly the worst experience encountered. Use U-Save instead; their number is 501 525 3737.

The fee schedules displayed in ForeFlight appear to be outdated.

This FBO has only continued to decline over the last decade since the best airport manager retired. The City should invest the funds to hire an excellent replacement. The line service personnel demonstrate apathy, and that has only worsened. One of them scratched one of my boots quite badly because they failed to use a fueling mat during the last service. I truly hope this is the final occasion I must fly into HOT. It will certainly be the last time they refuel my aircraft. It is truly unfortunate because this facility has the potential to be a jewel among FBOs.
