The staff were very courteous and helpful. The line crew fueled my aircraft extremely quickly and offered a courtesy car to grab lunch, which worked out very well. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The crew car was available, and AVFUEL was accepted.

I adore Helena; the new FBO, Skyservice, has kept up Mickey's pilot lounge near the self-serve pump (right under the tower). A crew car isn't available at Mickey's anymore, but simply call Skyservice and they will drive down to pick you up and allow you to use one of the two crew cars they house at their main facility. I consistently stop here when traveling from Houston to Seattle or Alaska in my DA40. I will certainly return!

Stopped in here on a cross country from Portland to Milwaukee. Sky Service, the fantastic FBO, had an excellent pilot lounge adjacent to the Self Serve fuel. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to use the courtesy car for transport to the hotel. Highly recommended.

The entire team at the Skyservice Helena FBO was tremendous. The maintenance staff performed my oil change and kept me well informed. Line Service personnel shuttled me between the aircraft and the terminal for the rental car pickup and drop-off. The desk agents were pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend their services.
