Had to divert to KHIO and without notice pulled into the FBO. Exceptional customer service and very kind personnel. A fantastic experience overall.

The staff at Aero Air treated us very kindly. It was 100F when we arrived, and they offered us Otter Pops to help us cool down. The overnight fee was $25, which is quite reasonable. It is a beautiful FBO facility. On departure day, the kind attendant provided complimentary frozen reusable neck cooling gel wraps and chilled water—a very nice gesture. They made us feel as if we had a CJ4 on the ramp. We plan to return in our modest C-177 Cardinal. Thanks again to Aero Air!

This is the best fuel stop and quick turn facility in the northwest region. We consistently choose this location for our flights heading toward Alaska.

Superb facility. I stopped in for fuel and to pick up two passengers. Their ride-share dropped them off at the incorrect location, so the FBO staff ran and retrieved them, without any issue. The turnaround was quick and polite. Facilities are clean and modern. I hold a CAA certificate, and they recognized it. A very positive experience overall; I plan to return.

We have flown into the FBO many times. We have consistently been treated with great respect. Fees have always remained competitive. The personnel are all excellent and very helpful. We feel like we flew in a G650 even though it’s a T210. They truly roll out the red carpet regardless of aircraft size. Excellent FBO!
