Rider Jet Center at Hagerstown, MD (HGR) is one of the finest FBO's I've ever visited. The facility is modern, spotless, and operates as a premier FBO ought to. Sarah is exceptionally helpful and pays close attention to every requirement. I strongly endorse their services!! "The Grille at Runways" is also excellent!

Katie and Carly, two of the front end staffers I had the pleasure of dealing with. They provided my clients and me with top notch service, better than anything I've ever experienced at any Signature or Atlantic FBO. I stayed for two days with them and witnessed the way they care for their customers. From home baked cookies and coffee, to the red carpet they pull out for every Cessna 150 to Gulfstream Jets. The linemen are on top of the ramp keeping things organized and everyone taken care of. Excellent FBO!

Excellent experience at Rider Jet Center this morning. The golf cart was waiting for me as I taxied to the ramp, guiding me to a marshaller for parking. They chocked the Dakota and greeted me with a friendly smile, even though I did not require fuel. The inside staff also welcomed me; no fees were charged, and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at The Gille at Runways, located just inside the FBO. The pancakes are massive and delicious—I ordered two but could only finish one! I will certainly return. A special mention to Tom Riford, VP of Operations.

I was at KHGR a few days ago for an overnight stop with my SR22. The FBO is very nice, and the personnel, from the linemen to the desk staff, were outstanding. The service provided is of the highest standards—I will certainly return.
