Steve provided excellent service. He was waiting for us at the self-serve fuel island and assisted with fueling, batteries for my headset, and complimentary water bottles. Truly perfect experience.

I had a doctor's appointment in Monett, and they promised a courtesy car the day before, but nobody is here and they aren't answering the phone. Consequently, I am now running late. I have heard so many positive reports about this facility; what went wrong?

Open on weekends, a pleasant stop.

Excellent FBO experience. The staff was very friendly. There is much local history available to observe within the facility.

Fabulous FBO with wonderful staff. EXCELLENT runway (I suspect they utilized reserve funds effectively for improvements). Arrived after flying for over two hours in sub-zero temperatures, around -18C. We were immediately welcomed with hot coffee, and the line attendant offered to fuel the aircraft while we let the engines warm up. Top-tier service—I definitely plan to land here again on my return trip from Dallas to St. Louis.

This was an excellent stop. Ultra clean facilities, inexpensive fuel, terrific manager, Howard. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
