The ramp personnel and the FBO staff were excellent, friendly, and welcoming even though I flew in with my small aircraft. The ramp crew brought my rental car out to my aircraft on the ramp and assisted with loading bags. The plane was secured and tied down quickly. Special thanks to Nick, Danielle, Michael, Stephan, but the entire team was fantastic. I wish every FBO experience mirrored this one.

Dropped off a passenger and it cost me about $800 in a PC-12. These costs are ridiculous nowadays at places like Atlantic. The lady behind the desk was less than personable. Locations like this give GA a bad name; they can certainly do better.

I always enjoy visiting Atlantic Aviation at KHDN and frequently operate from this field when I am in the region. The staff is professional, helpful, and very friendly both on the ramp and at the service desk. It is Atlantic Aviation, so it is wise to confirm all associated fees beforehand to avoid any unexpected charges.

Do not anticipate any service outside of standard operating hours. They advertise after-hours support but they consistently fail to answer calls. This marks the sixth occasion I have arrived post-hours needing assistance and receiving none. I attempted calling the number posted on the door indicating after-hours contact, I tried the front desk to check if it routed to an overnight line, and two other numbers I located incidentally. If you cannot provide after-hours service, please do not advertise it. I would prefer knowing upfront that assistance is unavailable so I can choose an alternative location when facing an urgent situation.
