Stopped at Lux Air to pick up two passengers for Angel Flight West. Unfortunately, my battery decided to die when I went to start up. Lux Air went out of their way to assist. They moved my aircraft to a hangar to keep it cool while I worked on it, provided the courtesy car so I could take the passengers to Sky Harbor and go pick up a new battery at Spruce, and even loaned me some tools. There were no charges, and everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot praise them enough. Highly recommended.

Excellent stop here today. Quick turn and very helpful and friendly staff. This was my second time visiting on cross-country flights, and I will certainly return.

Diverted due to weather. The front desk staff member was very helpful, but she mentioned that courtesy vehicles are reserved strictly for employees. I suppose that's a perk if you are employed at this FBO.

The American Bonanza Society arranged for this FBO to host a BPPP event, and they were amazing. The line personnel were very helpful and attentive, providing golf cart rides to the FBO building. They managed to fuel our aircraft on short notice, and everyone was quite friendly. They treated my Baron with the same respect as the Gulfstreams and Phenoms that frequent the facility. I will certainly return.
