The FBO facilities are very nice, and the customer service was excellent. However, charging seventy-five dollars for a GA twin engine aircraft seems excessive, especially since ForeFlight indicates there should be no landing fee.

Excellent FBO experience. I have stopped there three times for fuel, and the service remains superb. Last evening, after landing for fuel while traveling from CFO to OPL, I noticed an alternator failure during the run-up check. I contacted the after-hours number, and Cody made several calls to locate an A&P mechanic to replace the alternator. Ray, associated with Monarch Air, turned what could have been a major issue into a small inconvenience by installing the replacement unit I had brought along. Well done to everyone involved.

We flew in for a funeral. We were running late, and the team expedited the vehicle procedure. It was a very nice car, with excellent staff, and easy access for entry and exit. What a pleasure. I will certainly stop by again under normal circumstances.
