Self-serve operations are functioning perfectly now. The staff here are very friendly and quite helpful. I definitely plan on returning.

The display screen on the self-serve pump only functioned when illuminated by a flashlight as of 2230 EDT.

Excellent staff and service. The passenger's rental car (Enterprise) was in position upon engine shutdown. Line service promptly assisted with their baggage. Finally, Bill insisted we take a crew car (1 of 6 available) versus our ride share service. A superb FBO on all accounts.

Bill was extremely helpful in providing a very nice courtesy car (they have 6!!) free of charge. Do not go anywhere else. This is the FBO you have been seeking.

My spouse and I visited Donaldson for a couple of days, something we have done previously when seeing my sister. The service was excellent, and I met the owner, Bill Freeman, who was incredibly kind.

We stopped in at Greenville SC while diverting due to a storm in early January on a cross country flight. We called ahead seeking an FBO with overnight hangar space because of the weather and freezing conditions. Avserve accommodated us in their hangar overnight. The charge was $55, but they provided a crew car for the night (it seems they maintain two or three vehicles). The facility was pleasant, the pilot lounge was good, the personnel were supportive, and the line staff were careful. It is an easy airport to access and depart from.
