This is absolutely the finest FBO I have ever encountered. Not only is the facility new and well-designed (it opened just four months ago), but the entire staff is exceptional! A team member gave us a ride on a cart even though we were already near the hangar. Furthermore, while we were out getting lunch, they telephoned us, offering to reposition the aircraft into the wind because they observed the vertical stabilator moving vigorously due to the strong gusts. These individuals are truly first-rate, and I appreciate them immensely!

The friendliest and nicest FBO I have visited. We were picked up via golf cart even though the facility was only about 50 yards from the aircraft. The facility was exceptionally nice—I certainly felt out of place arriving in an RV-12 wearing joggers, a sweater, and scuffed Vans shoes (haha)—but the personnel were incredibly welcoming. Ramp charges were waived with fuel purchase, and we even received a crew car for our midday meal.

The Cerulean staff is professional, proactive, and very helpful. There was an issue with the card I had on file with Enterprise; they worked through the problem while I was airborne and transported me to the desk upon landing. The facility is brand new—just an excellent stop.

The staff is pleasant and the facility is new, however, their C.A.A. Jet A fuel price is now the highest in the entire southeast region.
