Stopped in for a day trip and was treated wonderfully today as a GA pilot. Plenty of support personnel to guide me in and chock my wheels. They offered services or a crew car immediately. I appreciate the Avflight/Hertz arrangement where I can book directly through Hertz. David and the line guys were top notch and the FBO was fully stocked, beautiful, and clean. I will certainly stop here again.

Wonderful first visit at Avflight! Arrived in a small LSA airplane with a ramp full of corporate jets and was treated the same as if I were in the Global 6000 that I also fly. From the initial contact with the line person to the customer service representative, the experience was exceptional. I will certainly return.

Excellent FBO - attentive line staff and very clean facility. There were no ramp or service charges. I was dropping off a passenger and needed a quick bite, so I requested a courtesy vehicle. Since there were no fees, I offered to refuel it upon return. The attendant smiled and told me to go ahead and try it out while handing me the keys to a Tesla! Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. They arranged a rental car for me on short notice and even brought it out to the ramp ready to go.

The taxiing was also difficult. The fees seem high considering the new facilities (my assumption). I plan to fly in again soon, but I will choose a different location.
