On Oct 28th, 2025 I asked for my SR22 to be put in hangar 5 hours before weather was due to hit the airport. I specifically requested this action due to the line of thunderstorms nearing the area. Upon returning to my aircraft, it was clearly dirty and water stained. The Manager offered no discount or compensation, only an apology. Buyers should be cautious.

My spouse and I flew in for a golf trip and mistakenly booked a rental car from the main terminal, assuming we could collect it at the FBO (which we later found out was possible), but their team drove me over there. They kindly permitted us to drop the car at the FBO upon our return. Their personnel were remarkably polite and treated us as if we had ordered a thousand gallons of JetA, which, considering we were flying a Piper Cherokee, we certainly did not! We will certainly return!

WOW - landed this afternoon 2/7/25 at 4:30 pm CST in a King Air C90. Was charged $3500.00!! Ramp fee without any fuel purchase option. The flight had no connection to the upcoming Super Bowl. I found that unbelievable. I believe my Million Air days are finished.

Please note that from 2/7/25 through 2/10/25, the FBO is implementing Super Bowl event surcharges because of restricted ramp availability. Nevertheless, this is an excellent FBO featuring helpful CSR personnel.

Alex stayed and put our aircraft down for the night upon our late arrival. What outstanding lineman service—first-class customer care ensured our plane arrived safely and we were taken care of. Thanks Millionaire for employing such great people. Well done, and this location will be added to our must-return destinations. Cheers, Andrew W.
