The tie-down fee is now ten dollars per night for a piston single engine aircraft.

Excellent facility. Labor Day weekend trip in 2025. Rented a car via Hertz, located right in the FBO terminal. Pickup was straightforward. Since they were closed upon our departure, we left the keys with the attendant at the desk. The overnight fee was $20 for the C-414a. There is a fair amount of training activity in the vicinity, but obtaining an IFR release using the TPA approach was simple.

Overall, a nice facility. We had issues with them not leaving rental car keys in the after-hours lockbox. I believe the manager addressed that. With permission, they moved my Twin Cessna to the grass due to SNF. Days later, prior to departure I asked them to move it back to the ramp and fuel it. They surprised me with a "towing fee" to move the airplane back to the ramp. I would avoid Enterprise Rental Car. They delivered one of two cars, even after verification. Hertz is on site.

Flew in for a four-day meeting. Excellent self-serve fuel prices. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice FBO inside featuring a restaurant, pilot shop, and clean restrooms. TPA was easy to work with regarding obtaining the IFR clearance for departure.

Stopped 21 March with a couple of Cubs for lunch at the cafe. No services required, but the line crew checked to see if we needed anything, and the staff at the front desk were excellent. Very professional. The next time I will return with an airplane that has a higher fuel burn and top off. These people deserve the business.
