KRS Jet Center truly sets the standard for a quality FBO experience.

Flew in for a Football game in town. The people at KRS went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. From the moment we arrived they were prompt, courteous, very helpful, and welcoming. I have never tipped an FBO in the past, but I did these guys. Anytime I'm in the area, this will be my go-to FBO. Sarah & Nancy Rogers.

Landed at this location as scheduled. Very pleasant facility and extremely helpful staff. My aircraft experienced a mechanical issue, and they suggested jetpros.com right here on the field. Connor went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were completed quickly! I highly recommend both of these operations.

The flight operations between 0530 and 2100 Zulu were smooth.

Overall, they hit a pretty good mark. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. They are the only FBO now that Stebbins has departed. I utilized the Flight Bridge app to arrange a rental car, which worked adequately. Upon arrival, the car was prepared. They neglected to fuel my aircraft, so upon return, they promptly completed the fueling.

I called two days before arriving to inquire about crew cars or rentals, specifying I would need a vehicle from 6:30 PM until 6:30 AM. The representative confirmed a crew car reservation on my arrival paperwork. Upon timely arrival, I discovered they do have crew cars available, but the owner prohibits overnight use. That crucial detail should have been communicated sooner. Furthermore, the rental service is closed. My thanks to KRS for the inconvenience.
