Self-service fuel is managed by AvFlight, though it is situated on the east general aviation ramp (not the main AvFlight ramp). Typically, this option costs about $0.50 less than full-service.

Excellent service provided; staff brought the luggage cart right to the aircraft and assisted with loading it into the rental car. On the return journey a week later, I drove the rental car to the plane, and the line personnel drove the car back to the parking area. I will certainly use this service again.

Arrived at 2035 to find AvFlight closed (posted closing time 2100). Upon calling the FBO number, it was answered by a lineman who informed me the line crew had departed early. After waiting 15 minutes, the line crew returned and fueled my aircraft, guaranteeing it would be secured in the hangar we rent. The forecast indicated a low of -12F. Twenty minutes later, the airplane was still outside. I called again and was advised the day shift line crew would place the aircraft inside the hangar. It's unbelievable!

Landed twice in one day, taking on 150 gallons the first time, and another 100 gallons on the second visit. They levied an excessive handling fee against me, despite the fact that they never once touched my aircraft. Both times I taxied in, and no personnel approached to marshal me, let alone 'handle' my plane. I sent an email to the manager demanding a reimbursement, and I am still awaiting that credit on my card.

Avflight is simply too costly, no further comments needed.

The WiFi access is heavily restricted. This is not a location where one can comfortably spend the entire day waiting for a flight. Both fuel and associated fees are quite costly.
