Just flew in today for a stopover. What an excellent facility. The staff is very helpful with any request. I had a minor maintenance issue which they resolved quickly, allowing me to leave the aircraft inside the hangar overnight. Fuel prices were competitive, and they were ready at the pump as I taxied in.

MacAir is easily one of the best FBOs I have visited. Before I exited the runway, they contacted me on CTAF and informed me they were waiting for me at the fuel pit. They fueled my Mooney in 10 minutes and towed it to a tie-down. Subsequently, they provided transportation to the local Enterprise rental car office. Excellent team led by line manager Austin!

Excellent service provided. The line personnel went above and beyond expectations. Desk staff were very helpful. They are temporarily operating out of the Sinclair building, but this did not hinder their ability to deliver superb service. When we booked, there was uncertainty about crew car availability, but one was provided, and they permitted us to keep it overnight. We flew in to visit the USAF Museum, and MacAir proved to be the ideal choice. A perfect 10/10 experience. The staff were so relaxed and welcoming; I would return solely based on the quality of the FBO.

You pull up to the fuel island and they pump it. Overnight parking was waived with a fuel purchase. Nice facility.

What an excellent FBO! Taxied to the fuel island and three, yes three, ground crew members were immediately present to fuel our aircraft. Since we topped the tanks, they waived the parking fee for the four days we stayed with them. They have recently remodeled, and the facility looks superb. If you are visiting Dayton, this is the place to stay. Fantastic fuel prices, the best in the region. This location is a true hidden gem.
