A superb stopover. The self-serve fuel pump operates perfectly, and the attendant on duty was quite friendly and helpful. I will certainly plan to stop here again.

Excellent stop for a meal. Enjoyed the sushi at Nova's. A crew car was accessible, although the airport also features an AVIS car rental facility right on the field (it requires calling the FBO directly to arrange the booking, as it is not listed on the main AVIS website).

Flew in for a weekend in Greeneville. Superb experience. Staff topped off the aircraft, moved it, and secured it for me. Rental cars are available on the field and significantly cheaper than going through Enterprise in town. Wonderful facility!

Flew in intending to go into town for lunch, but the front office staff member wasn't very friendly, and they lack a courtesy vehicle. Improved customer service is definitely needed here, along with providing a courtesy car.
