Called the airport regarding Sunday morning hours only to discover they are closed on Sundays. We were passing through and required a full tank of JetA; the Airport Manager did not hesitate to offer to come out and ensure we were topped off before standard business hours on a day they are typically closed. We arrived, and he took care of us before we departed for California. I cannot speak highly enough of the airport's attitude and management. If you have the option, stop here for fuel!

Randall was quite fantastic while I was stuck in GAD waiting for weather to clear above FFC. It is always great to have an excellent FBO when you are stranded there.

Was looking for a place to sit out a large weather system and needed a hanger for company C172. I had settled on BHM since I left a message on the answering machine at KGAD. After takeoff I got a message from Randy at the FBO and we were able to text and confirm hanger space and even a crew car to use at KGAD so went direct. All this via text message. Excellent airport, nice facilities, terminal is very retro and way cool with an upper observation deck. I will certainly return.

The comments are slightly dated, so I will provide an update - the service remains excellent. They were accommodating and courteous. Two RV aircraft flew in to visit Evoke Aviation. There is mention of a $100 landing fee on the FBO “Fees” page, but that applies to larger aircraft. There was no landing fee assessed for small single-engine aircraft like the one we flew.
