If you are not flying a $10m+ jet, they seem indifferent to you. I telephoned an hour in advance. There was no activity occurring, yet they appeared surprised to see my arrival on the ramp. I requested a quick turn for fuel, but they still directed me to taxi to the far corner to conceal my piston engines. The line service personnel showed no interest. The desk attendant was equally unconcerned. It was inconvenient and costly. I will not return.

Excellent FBO offering the lowest fees and fuel prices at KFXE. All personnel were extremely welcoming. The ramp fee was waived with a 10-gallon fuel purchase. The crew car usage is limited to one hour, though car rentals are available on-site.

Banyan displays National Car Rental, but that does not seem to be an available option.

Be cautious of undisclosed charges. One staff member assured me the initial overnight parking fee was waived, but it appears she confused my aircraft with someone else's. The attendant who processed my departure noted that such mix-ups occasionally occur. Hopefully, candid feedback like this encourages better, more consistent customer service training. This was my third visit to this FBO; prior experiences were favorable, though this one was less satisfactory. I plan to utilize a different FBO during my next visit.
