The facility is good, but it is frustrating that an international airport does not offer 24/7 fuel service. I had to wait until 5 AM to get fueled.

Very clean FBO and exceptionally friendly staff. They made my first visit to an FBO outside my home base an absolute breeze. There were no parking fees for students, and access to crew cars was available with a valid driver's license. I will certainly be returning.

Excellent experience at this location. Adverse weather diverted our flight to FWA, and we arrived just fifteen minutes before closing time. We struggled significantly to secure lodging, but the line technician was very kind and allowed us to remain an hour past closing while we sorted out accommodations. We truly appreciate the staff here for easing what was a challenging evening.

Excellent facility. It is clean and offers many amenities. Overnight charges are quite high for a very light jet. Handling fees are waived if you purchase fuel. The fee schedule needs to be updated more promptly.

Had an unscheduled stop coming home from KOSH. Cannot express enough wonderful things about this FBO. Two ramp agents greeted us; they were extremely courteous. The front desk personnel were also excellent. We secured a crew car for a couple of hours while waiting for the weather to clear, which was quite helpful. The highlight was having a dedicated agent escort us back to our aircraft, which was a Cherokee, complete with a literal red carpet leading to the steps. It looked a bit funny, but it was certainly a classy gesture! We will certainly return.

If you need to utilize the crew vehicle, ensure you have your automobile insurance documentation present. They absolutely will not release the crew car without that paperwork.
