We had an excellent experience with the team at General Aviation. Called ahead and they assigned us a parking spot so we could pull straight to parking. The line crew came out and assisted with parking and tie-down. A very good FBO- simple but wonderful location for Disney and truly wonderful people.

General Aviation truly exceeded my expectations; these staff members are wonderful. I booked a rental car online through Hertz. Upon arrival, the car was unavailable, but the excellent team at General Aviation arranged an Enterprise rental for me within ten minutes. Dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was also a very positive experience, and the people at General Aviation were amazing throughout.

The personnel were very welcoming. They made us feel comfortable after a lengthy journey from NY. We stored the aircraft for a week without any concerns, and the rate was only $10 per night. Overall, an excellent experience.

Pilots should be cautious about credit card fraud. I received fuel from the fuel truck because the main pumps were offline for maintenance. The FBO charged my card multiple times days later using saved card details. They failed to process a refund even after several calls, leading me to report the card as stolen.

Excellent experience. There were no fees for day transit. They directed me to the transient ramp area. They managed the rental car pickup and subsequent drop off. Busy maintenance shop and plenty of 100LL fuel available. Keep up the good work!
