If you have to wait on passengers, the Wheels Up mechanics take over the crew lounge. There is only one crew car available, so we ended up taking an Uber for lunch. We attempted...then headed back to Hill.

I was charged eighty dollars for a single night's tie-down in a C182. To my mind, that seems somewhat excessive. Regrettably, Hill FBO was closed for the night, so Signature was my sole alternative.

I can confirm this facility is terrible. I arrived to pick up some supplies. There was no ramp attendant to assist me, and after parking the aircraft for only three minutes, they assessed a ramp fee. They then insisted that all airports in the Metro Atlanta area operate this way. I fly extensively around Atlanta and can verify this assertion is incorrect.

Excellent staff and facility. We parked our aircraft on the ramp for three days, and they had it ready for us right out front when we departed.

I can confirm today that they are indeed unable or unwilling to accommodate after hours, even if it is just five minutes past closing time. Avoid this location.

Be aware that this Signature FBO indicates they no longer accommodate after or before regular business hour callouts, as noted on Foreflight. Thankfully, Hill Aircraft can accommodate this if you find yourself in need of FBO services.
