Signature Aviation — KFSM Pilot Reviews

January 25, 2025I spent a couple of nights with Signature Flight Support. I was slightly worried about the expense given some of the comments I read. It ended up costing me $80, and I received 10 gallons of fuel. That seems quite reasonable in my view. The facilities are top-notch, and arranging an Uber was simple. A convenient stopover—I highly recommend it.

October 15, 2024I just called them, and they confirmed there is an $8 landing fee and a $20 infrastructure fee (waived with a 10-gallon fuel purchase) for piston aircraft. Overnight parking is $16. They mentioned that their fees for turbine aircraft are higher.

August 29, 2024This was the most expensive FBO I have ever encountered. I have flown to numerous airports across the East Coast and Florida, and they charged me $160 to secure my 210 overnight. Initially, I thought they were joking, perhaps assuming I had a much larger aircraft, but after tallying all their associated fees, the total for overnight tie-down was indeed $160. I certainly will not return to this location. It is unfortunate because that company has managed to spoil a good airport through its excessive pricing.

July 4, 2024Landing a single-engine prop and dropping off a passenger cost $28. This was the first time I encountered this fee; hopefully, it will be the last.

June 6, 2024It is advisable to call ahead and inquire about all the associated charges, fees, and security surcharges. Fuel prices are quite high already.

June 27, 2023Twenty-minute stop and restroom break for a Piper M600 cost $183. Best to keep flying.
