Excellent staff, very helpful. We had trouble starting the aircraft due to the cold weather, and everyone was happy to assist! I was offered deicing, but they quoted $300 for a single-engine piston, so I just waited a few hours for the frost to thaw. However, I cannot speak highly enough about the helpfulness of the personnel! This FBO comes highly recommended.

Wiseman was fine, I don't understand these negative Google reviews. They clearly prioritize jets above a Cessna 182... they forgot me when a jet arrived, but otherwise they were quick, friendly, and helpful. Dropping off the rental car at the Terminal was no issue. An excellent stop with good car rental options for the Sedona area.

Excellent FBO experience. They were highly accommodating even with just a 182. The rental car was brought directly to the FBO. The facilities were very clean.

I have flown a Diamond DA-40 across the country for the last six years. Visited many places. Wiseman FBO at Flagstaff might be the finest FBO I have encountered. Excellent customer service, fair and skilled maintenance personnel, reasonable pricing. A dependable team operates here. I will certainly make this my preferred stop whenever I travel west from Memphis.

Upon taxiing in, I was unsure of where to park, but staff immediately sent a "follow me" cart to guide me. The linemen and desk personnel were quite friendly. My stay was brief. Please note, crew cars are unavailable following periods of snow or ice.
