This was not the typical courtesy car experience I expected. I was informed they must shuttle passengers because the vehicle is government-owned. Nevertheless, the staff proved very friendly and accommodating; they dropped us off in town and provided their contact number for a later pickup! Still, the process felt slightly more complicated than usual.

Was grounded overnight and for half the following day due to weather. The staff and airport personnel were very friendly. I called ahead, and they had a Jet A truck prepared and waiting. They offered to shuttle us into town, but there was no courtesy car available, and no local rideshare apps were active—only one taxi service, which was quite expensive ($20 for half a mile in the downpour).

John and the crew on the ramp were fantastic. I managed to park my Piper Meridian inside the hangar for a very reasonable cost. Fuel rates are competitive, and the ramp area was in pristine condition. I strongly recommend visiting this airport and enjoying the excellent hospitality in Kentucky.

The staff here are very pleasant and the service is excellent. Absolutely no issues!

I frequently stop here; Mitch and his team provide excellent service. I kept my Arrow in a hangar for three days.
