This arrangement was not honored. We could see the key through the glass, resting on a desk. Furthermore, we were informed that no ride-share options like Uber or Lyft were available. Eventually, we managed to arrange a Lyft, but the hassle caused significant disappointment. I would have chosen a different airport had I been aware of these issues.
