Excellent FBO experience! The facility was spotless, and the personnel were extremely helpful. Sarah was wonderfully friendly. She organized our ground transportation, ensured our aircraft was sheltered during the predicted severe weather, and had the plane topped off with fuel and ready on the ramp for our departure. Appreciate the focus on the small details!

The FBO charges you to store items from your aircraft overnight if they might freeze inside the building. I have never encountered such a fee in 37 years of flying business jets. I bought fuel and paid for a hangar for a single night, yet we were still assessed a charge for items stored inside that could freeze. ASTOUNDING!!!

We extend our thanks to Fargo Jet Centre! Returning from Phoenix en route to Winnipeg, we touched down at KFAR following nearly nine hours airborne. We took on 40 gallons of fuel and secured the Seneca in the hangar overnight—the line crew and front desk personnel were truly fantastic. The following day, being grounded by weather, they kept our aircraft inside the hangar while we awaited improved conditions. Furthermore, they provided a crew car for us to access the city, and ultimately assisted with arranging a rental car for our journey home.
