The maintenance crew at Colonial Air is fantastic! I operate a DA40NG, and while I was based at PVD for a few days, the aircraft developed a flat main tire. No maintenance personnel at PVD were willing to assist, nor anyone from the surrounding Rhode Island airports. Chris and his technician drove forty-five minutes from Massachusetts to PVD to provide support, and ultimately, all that was required was a new inner tube. They were highly professional, prompt with updates, and exceptionally reasonable in their invoicing. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Colonial Air is a very friendly FBO. They are consistently willing to go out of their way to assist, and they do not mind when you arrive for fuel just before closing time. They have consistently provided crew car availability. They are the superior FBO among the three options at New Bedford.
