Arrived at KEVV and utilized United Companies Air Center for some unplanned maintenance. The team listened carefully and were prompt and polite with their diagnosis and parts ordering. The DOM, Jack, called to confirm the part's arrival as soon as it was delivered. Thanks to Jeremy, Jack, and the UCAC staff for enabling us to resume our flight with under a 24-hour delay!

The brand new facility is stocked with drinks, snacks, and ice cream. They won't allow the crew car overnight, but it is within walking distance of a Hampton Inn, so that is not an issue. The staff members have consistently been friendly and helpful.
