Excellent FBO experience! The line staff and desk personnel were superb. We encountered a minor issue with our aircraft; the A&P mechanic responded quickly and ensured we were airborne as swiftly as possible.

Excellent service! Flew in a C177 to check out Presque Isle. The line crew was out waiting for me, immediately asked what I needed, and fueled my aircraft right away. There was no charge for the crew car. They even followed me out to pull my chocks for me. I will certainly return!

They truly saved the day for our group. We had planned a flight from Buffalo across Pennsylvania heading southwest but were hampered by unexpected snow, forcing an overnight stay. We inquired if they could secure hangar space so that the following morning we could easily start the helicopter without issue; the FBO staff accommodated us wonderfully. The ground crews also assisted us in maneuvering the helicopter in and out of the space. A very pleasant FBO experience—we will certainly return.

Be cautious regarding the operating hours they have posted. Twice now I’ve flown in here expecting them to be open as advertised, only to be met on the ramp and told it will cost $100/hr for them to remain open so I could go to dinner. I landed at 9:30 and 9:00 on both occasions, planning to return before the posted closing time of 11:00 PM. It appears they now close around 9:30 PM or 10:00 PM. The posted hours require updating.
