The new City of Monroe crew car is available for use. Proof of insurance and a valid driver's license are required. Maximum usage time is two hours.

I stayed for a couple of nights about a month ago and incurred charges exceeding $500 for ramp and landing fees. No fuel was purchased. It is advisable to call ahead and verify their current rates since they are not clearly posted.

Just a note... no Crew car or on-field Hertz cars. FBO information needs updating to reflect this reality. I paid a $15 ramp fee for my C182. The wait for an Uber was 17 minutes. Overall, it was a good experience.

I have landed several times at this airport over the past few months and consistently purchased fuel. Today, I arrived with my twin Cessna, intending a quick turnaround, but they planned to charge me $100 for landing without taking on fuel. That seems absurd! While this airport is pleasant and conveniently located near my relatives, I will seek alternative locations. This policy is unreasonable, and there is no mention of a landing fee in their published information. I will definitely be looking elsewhere.

This airport/FBO seems to have forgotten they are in the service industry. They do not provide a crew car, nor do they assist with arranging a rental car. Furthermore, you will be informed that staff departs promptly at 9 PM. All of this is coupled with very high fuel costs (exceeding those at the Florida resort airport I just visited) or a ramp fee for services that are simply not rendered.

This is one of the friendliest airports I have ever visited. After landing, I was directed to a tie-down spot, greeted warmly, and asked if we required assistance with baggage. Upon entering the FBO, every staff member welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable.
