Excellent service. The crew car was occupied, so the staff provided transportation to and from a nearby restaurant. Very pleasant people.

I nearly chose the alternative FBO after seeing that prior comment. It turned out to be quite a pleasant visit. My sole complaint involves the lack of waived fees with fuel purchase and the three percent charge for credit card usage.

This FBO exhibits poor management. The front desk personnel seem undertrained and frequently lack necessary knowledge. During one visit, we were informed of a 400-gallon minimum fuel purchase; only after committing to that purchase did they mention their crew car was unavailable overnight, offering no apology. Having spent $2000 on fuel, we shouldn't have to rely on a ride-share service for lunch.

I cannot say enough positive things about Premier's personnel. Everyone exhibits a welcoming demeanor and is exceptionally accommodating. When calling to inquire about daily services, it makes no difference who answers the phone; they are all well-informed and provide direct answers immediately. They even welcome rotorcraft!

The service provided was excellent. The ramp crew handled our SR22 beautifully after landing. They were very professional and quick to get us parked. I appreciated the clear taxi instructions.

There are pricey service fees charged at Premier which are not published online. It is suggested to call the FBO and learn more prior to visiting.
