Landed here in a Cirrus on a Sunday and utilized the crew car to take my passengers to Hobby for a connecting flight. Fuel was reasonably priced, so I topped off the tanks. There was an $8 landing fee. It is not as polished as Hobby's FBOs, but the staff was equally welcoming and the overall cost was $242 less!

Flew in over the weekend, the arrival part of it was great. Had a rental arranged and they brought my car immediately to the plane. The next day had an early morning departure. While it's staffed 24hrs, if you plan on leaving early you will have to contact the duty. Wasn't a big deal. Handling fee was waived with fuel purchase.

This is not my preferred FBO in the Houston area; fuel prices are quite high for the region, and the facility appears rather worn down. The desk staff are pleasant, however, superior service is available at the FBOs located west and north of Hobby (Hobby itself offers a better choice than EFD).

After arriving with light rain, the lineman took care of my Cirrus SR 22 and promptly tied it down for an oncoming storm. The tiedowns were some of the best I've seen, and the aircraft was safe, even though it was a major storm that blew through. The front desk arranged my rental car and had it ready to go. Very courteous and excellent service. Next day, fueling and paperwork were all ready to go when I arrived. Ground control and Tower were very courteous as well.
