Brian on the ramp is outstanding. He helped unload my aircraft and load the car with our large amount of baggage. They took excellent care of the plane for four days. Mackenzie (please excuse if I misspelled) at the front counter was also very helpful and great. This is how a customer ought to be treated. I will return to this FBO every time I am in the area! The entry, waiting area, and restrooms were very clean.

Please note that Southern Sky charges $27.50 and up per day for overnight ramp fees for a Bonanza. They charge $90 per night for hangar space. I was initially informed there was no ramp fee when I tied down the aircraft, but it appeared on my fuel invoice. Upon calling to inquire, I was assured there was indeed a nightly ramp charge.

I stayed here for a few days in mid-November. The service was very good, including complimentary snacks with a fuel purchase. Taylor at the front desk was excellent, and the convenience of having Go Rental situated right next to the line service desk streamlined everything. The rental car was brought up next to the aircraft before I had even finished my engine shutdown. A truly awesome facility—we definitely plan to return.
