I was unable to get fuel on November 19th; neither of my cards would process.

Landed and discovered a flat tire on my aircraft. I contacted Randy, the FBO manager, and he arrived promptly within 30 minutes. The flat was repaired in approximately two hours, even though it was a Sunday. A big thank you to Randy, Glenn, and Jeff. You three exemplify why the aviation community is so wonderful!

Encountered an alternator issue. Landed here while en route home. I contacted the FBO manager, inquiring if he knew anyone who could charge or replace my battery, and he arrived immediately—on a holiday, after hours—to assist with charging it. Truly excellent staff at KEBA!

Overnight stop, the courtesy car was available. The airport manager was very helpful, and fuel prices were good too. Excellent service!
