May 13, 2025I’ve utilized this FBO previously and enjoyed positive service experiences. Nevertheless, be mindful of their rigid after-hours protocol: should you arrive past 7:00 PM, you will incur a $150 per hour charge just to have one staff member remain late to secure the chocks under your aircraft—absolutely no exceptions. This surprising charge renders it unfeasible to use this airport and the adjacent hotel as an overnight stop on upcoming journeys.

February 5, 2025I spoke with the front desk. The fees for a Cirrus SR22T were a $65.00 landing charge and $31.00 nightly ramp fee. For Part 91 aircraft, you get a $1.00 discount on the landing fee for every gallon of fuel bought. 100LL was priced at $8.27 on the day I inquired. They are unable to arrange rental cars for visitors. They do offer a complimentary shuttle service to the resort, but if a car is needed, you must utilize a service like Enterprise FBO or arrange for delivery.

October 13, 2024The fees listed here on ForeFlight are significantly lower than what you will actually be charged. My Aerostar was quoted at $40/day, but upon calling to confirm, they quoted my exact aircraft model and tail number as $86. However, that wasn't the final amount. The following day after my departure, my credit card was charged $111 total (and this was not an after-hours transaction). They explained that they had simply misquoted me prior to my arrival. The lesson here is that you should secure written confirmation, otherwise, good luck relying on verbal quotes!

September 26, 2024I would advise avoiding this location. Fuel prices are high, and the landing charges are steep too. The Fixed Base Operator really ought to publish all their associated costs on their official website.

August 5, 2024Excellent FBO and very helpful staff. Good crew cars are provided. However, fuel prices are unreasonably high, and the associated fees accumulate quickly.
