I have only positive things to report. We arrived on a blustery winter morning; every other airport we checked in New England had runway closures due to snow. Danbury had clear, well-maintained runways. ATC was courteous and helpful—both Tower and Ground—especially accommodating for a novice pilot landing there for the first time. The FBO service was superb: they marshaled us in despite the cold, provided engine pre-heat, offered fuel at a fantastic rate, and even loaned us a crew car for breakfast, all included with the fuel purchase. The entire staff was wonderful.

Do not overlook the soft serve ice cream machine! It operates between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

Flew in for a two-night stay. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating; they even provided transportation to pick up a rental car. Fuel prices were quite reasonable, and one night's parking fee was waived with a fuel purchase. Parking was simple, with readily available tie-down points. An excellent stopover!

The service on-site was friendly, as usual. I did not receive an email response from the customer service representative from a few days prior. The overnight fee for single-engine piston aircraft has increased, and this was not accurately reflected on the flight planning software. As anticipated, they moved the aircraft out of the way and secured it; they verified the parking brake was released during check-in. The aircraft was topped off as requested when we returned. They offer rotating ice cream flavors in the cool Fixed Base Operator building.

Superb FBO facility. We stayed overnight. Fuel prices were competitive. The staff was very friendly. Parking fees were waived when we purchased fuel.
