As others have noted, the fuel prices are quite reasonable, and there is an excellent restaurant on the field. The gentlemen who operate this facility are among the kindest and most considerate people you will meet, specifically Mr. Williams and Mr. Bishop. Over the years, they have assisted me with a flat tire, landing lights, and just this past weekend, they provided hangar space due to the weather threat. I stop here frequently since my son resides in Dexter, and it is a true blessing to have such an amazing airport destination!

This is a very pleasant airport, featuring an attached restaurant. Fuel prices are excellent, and the food quality was superb.

Arrived midday on a Friday. The FBO was unattended, but access was provided via the posted lock code, and everything a transient pilot might need is available inside. The self-service fuel pumps functioned perfectly. Airways Cafe, located on the field, is open Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1400, and Saturday from 0600 to 1300. They are closed on Sunday.

Affordable fuel, pleasant facilities, and courtesy vehicles are available. A very clean airport environment.
